Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Truro atelier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and select remote regions. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Exchanges
Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer a refined returns process to preserve the elegance of your Anne Fontaine experience.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase must accompany the return
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry, collar clips, and cufflinks unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request within the 15-day window.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely wrap the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our atelier at:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. - Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3 business days and notify you of the status.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish an exchange and specifying the desired replacement item
- Include a note in your return package indicating the exchange details
We will process the exchange once the original item is received and approved.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items
Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
